但是，考研复试中有一关让很多考生都觉得非常的没底，不知道怎么去准备它，那就是英语口语面试。
为了备战考研，整日埋头在书桌前，只顾着把单词背了，阅读练了，并没有顾及到英语口语的练习。
首先我们大概了解一下老师考查的重点。
复试口语主要考查的是
fluency and coherence（流利与连贯性），
pronunciation（语音），
lexical resources（词汇量），
和grammar（语法）这四个方面。
换言之，正确的语音和语调，词汇和语法的准确和灵活性；
话语的内容及流利度以及互动交流的能力是整个面试环节中在表述时要注意到的要点。

自我介绍
自我介绍是一定要准备的，这是一个必经的过程。所以大家要准备一个2-3分钟的英文自我介绍。
内容要包含个人家庭，学习，专业以及工作规划。其中专业相关的内容要作为重点介绍。
（1）开门时，一句礼貌的询问会赢得一个良好的第一印象。

（2）向老师们问好，面带微笑，有朝气的样子。
good morning/afternoon，dear professors. i am xxx.
（3）适当地恭维一下老师，拍一下马屁也是很有必要的。
i am very happy that i am qualified for this interview. it is a privilege to be speaking to you today.
（很高兴有机会参加这次面试，今天能跟你们谈话真是我的荣幸。）
（4）该向老师们作自我介绍了。
it’s my great honor/pleasure to introduce myself to you here.
（很荣幸/高兴在这儿向大家作自我介绍）
下面是一个比较简单的自我介绍模板。

it is really a great honor to have this opportunity/chance to introduce myself.
i would like to answer whatever you may raise,and i hope i can make a good performance today.
i am 23 years old,born in beijing,northeast southwest of china.
and i am currently a senior student at capital institute of physical education.
my major is sports training of basketball.
in the past 3 years ,i spend most of my time on study.
i have passed cet
6 and i have acquired basic knowledge of sports training both in theory and in practice.
besides,i have attended several sports meetings held in beijing.

接下来，老师会问你一些问题，不要慌，镇定作答。
1、what can you tell me about yourself?
这个问题不是单纯地让你介绍你的简历，老师是想看你的性格、优势与哪位老师比较匹配。
主要是通过一件小事看你的处理方式，从而了解你。
the following is a good example of a positive response.
in high school i was involved in competitive sports and i always tried to improve in each sport i participated in.
as a college student,i worked in a clothing store pat-time and found that i could sell things easily.
the sale was important,but for me,it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied.
it was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them.
i’m very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best.
2、what is your greatest strength?
这个问题是想看你对以后研究生生活的自信程度，要让老师看到你作为研究生的优势。
i feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done.
i feel a real sense of accomplishment when i finish a job and it turns out just as i’d planned .
i’ve set some high goals for myself .for example ,i want to graduate with highest distinction .
and even though i had a slow start in my freshman year,i made up for it by doing an honor’s thesis.
3、what would you like to be doing five years after graduation?
这个问题是问你毕业五年之后的规划，这个可以参考往届师兄师姐的做法，并结合自己的优势。
i hope to do my best i can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager.
i am planning on that also.
话题评论
有的学校会用抽签的方式进行，要求考生对所抽话题进行阐述并作出评论。
此环节主要考查逻辑思考能力。建议考生重点关注热点话题，最好阅读下英文报纸。
对话中可能出现几种情况。
（1）没听清或没听懂老师的问题？别担心，礼貌地向老师询问，老师不会为难你的。
i’m sorry i didn’t hear that clearly. may i ask you to repeat it, please?
（对不起，我没听清楚，可否重复一遍）
i beg your pardon.i don’t understand your question.
（请原谅，我不太了解你的问题）
（2）老师们没听明白你的回答或 误解了你的意思，一定要表明是自己的失误，并及时补充。
excuse me, i guess i don’t make myself clear.
（对不起，我想是我自己没有表达清楚）
may i try to say that in another way.
（或许我能试着用另一种方式说）
（3）得到了老师的夸奖可不要太得意忘形哦，也许这是老师对你的考验呢。
thank you for your compliment. i am far from perfect.
（你过奖了，我做的还不够好）
面试结束后，也不要忘记说一些话，细节决定成败哦。
（1）that is my pleasure. it’s been nice talking with you,professors.
（这是我的荣幸，和你交谈真愉快，教授）
（2）a thousand thanks for your talking with me.
（万分感谢你的面试）
（3）一定要表达自己对于录取的强烈愿望，老师也会很乐于看到强烈想当他研究生的学生。
